Can you create a customized training program for us?
Yes. Our trainers and concept developers are happy to engage with you and your company to create tailored and effective training programs suited to your specific situation.
Are there open training sessions for private individuals?
Currently, no. Most of our training is requested and conducted as in-house sessions. Select formats, such as coaching, can be requested individually.
What skills do you offer for my IT project?
Our network of IT consultants covers a broad spectrum, which we can best discuss in a dedicated meeting. The skill sets range from full-stack Java developers to legal expertise in GRC.
Does I.T.C. provide apprenticeships?
Yes. We have been recognized multiple times as an excellent training company, most recently in 2024. We also have a high post-apprenticeship employment rate.

For individual training, success is measured through participant feedback. For larger learning journeys, additional metrics may be considered, including knowledge assessments depending on the topic.
How long do your training sessions last?
The duration varies from 2 hours to 5 days, depending on the topic and format. Some topics are suited to small digital learning bites, while others—like team development or rhetoric training—are better suited to longer, cohesive formats.
Do you offer online consulting or remote training?
Yes. Since 2018, we have offered virtual classrooms where interactive methods are a central element for participants.
Do you provide follow-up support after a project or training?
Yes. Sustainability is important to us. Depending on the project's scope, continuous consulting appointments or coaching can help ensure long-term success.
What certifications do your consultants and trainers hold?
Our consultants and trainers possess a wide range of certifications, varying by field. These include didactic qualifications, academic degrees, and certificates from renowned institutions.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Many of our clients are internationally positioned and value our multinational staff. Over the past 39 years, our in-person training has taken us around the globe—from South Africa to Singapore and Canada.
Which languages do you offer?
Our consultants, trainers, and coaches generally speak German and English. For specific topics, we also have colleagues who speak French, Spanish, or Russian.
