A typical collaboration varies based on needs and requirements. For in-house training, the process could be as follows:

• You contact us through one of our available channels.
• Our sales or partner management team initiates the first contact.
• Together with a trainer or consultant, we clarify your specific requirements and objectives.
• Based on this, we develop a tailored training concept.
• The training is conducted either in person or digitally.
• Afterwards, we collect feedback to improve the quality of our services.
• Upon request, a personal feedback session with the trainer can be arranged.

For individual training, success is measured through participant feedback. For larger learning journeys, additional metrics may be considered, including knowledge assessments depending on the topic.

The duration varies from 2 hours to 5 days, depending on the topic and format. Some topics are suited to small digital learning bites, while others—like team development or rhetoric training—are better suited to longer, cohesive formats.
